I decided to only adapt the dcterms:created node when Octave creates a
spreadsheet from scratch, as obviously that's the only time that node *should*
be touched. Octave's .xlsx template files does have that node.
In case a spreadsheet is modified the node won't be checked; only the
dcterms:modified node will be adapted then.
Closing as fixed
