Follow-up Comment #6, bug #64513 (project octave):

Just a note.  

octave.org does not contain the documentation for the packages.  Therefore,
the documentation of the packages come from other sites.  octave.org does not
show up in google search.  

sourceforge contains (correct or incorrect) documentation of most, if not all
packages & Octave.  These info are found first in google search.  

It is not a happy situation.
