Follow-up Comment #9, bug #64564 (project octave):

I am using "octave.bat --no-gui" without GUI (it is also not works with GUI).
I tried to use 3 different PC with different GPUs (Intel IGP, Nvidia GPU) no
one can print() PDF with octave-8.3.0-w32.

Bug is in the GNU Octave sure not in any graphic card driver (it is easy to
say always, i know), please fix with a 100% solution in Octave 8.4.0 and do
not provide any quick and dirty workarounds. In Octave 7.3.0 it was worked
perfectly.
