There's no easy way to navigate the doc pages in sequence; in most html docs
I'm familiar with, clicking the "next" hyperlink takes you to the next page as
if turning pages in a book. In octave docs, if you're in a high section level,
it takes you to the next page on the same level, e.g. from 1 to 2, instead of
1 to 1.1. That makes for a slightly painful navigation experience.

It would be nice to change the behavior so that it matches most docs out
there.
