Under Debian, with Octave 7.3.0 without GUI,
running 'pkg load ltfat' caused segfaults when performing openblas matrix
calculations (immediately) afterwards. 
We could fix the issue for LTFAT by avoiding all 'cd /path/to/somewhere'
commands during PKG_ADD.

Speculatively, it may be that 'cd' leads to failed JAVA calls that may in turn
affect openblas.
