Juan, thanks for the proposed solutions. The one for the initial phase looks
very promising and I will have a closer look to this. Regarding the cases with
purely imaginary pole/zero pairs, I am not sure if it is really necessary to
handle all subsystems separately. But I do not have any other ideas right now.
