Downloaded octave 8.4.0 on Windows 11. when executing code in command window,
it is not responding and after few minutes strange characters (look like
Chinese characters) and colours appear in the command window. Ran antivirus.
Uninstalled octave, and downloaded again but the problem persists. I have
attached the screen shot of the octave GUI. Please advise.
