Thanks, you've answered all my questions, and you correctly interpreted the
last one :-)

Supposedly I could easily remove the offending 'type="unfinished"' tags using
a regexp in notepad++. But in the course of several consecutive Octave
releases I've been changing some existing translations in the hope to improve
them :-)  so I comb through all of them them anyway.

Hopefully I can upload the Dutch translation next weekend.
