Follow-up Comment #1, bug#65131 (group octave):
1 - please just copy/paste code into the text box, do not take screenshots of
text. To try out your code we'd have to type it all in ourselves.
2) Are both computers on Windows 11? (your screenshot with the centered start
menu looks like Windows 11). Many people on Windows 11 are having
difficulties because of a new Windows Terminal. Please try the steps discussed
here to switch back to the old Windows Console Host and let us know if there
is any change:

3) It is also possible there are issues with the graphics drivers on your
system. Please try the OpenGL Switcher application installed in the Start
Menu with Octave to see if changing to the bundled Octave (software) driver
makes any difference. (or see
