Follow-up Comment #13, bug#46337 (group octave):

I'm still getting the following on Windows/MSYS2:

>> str = __unimplemented__ ("matlabrc")
str = ‘matlabrc’ is not implemented.  Octave uses the file
‘.octaverc’
instead.
>> version -hgid
ans = 50146e3265e0


Same issue with `help hgsave`. So, maybe it's unrelated to this change?
For some reason, it is displaying correct strings (i.e., the same as what
Dmitri showed) with Octave 8.4.0.
