noticed this on stable on ubuntu and on 8.4.0 and 9.0.90 on windows.  within
the doc browser, go to any function docstring that has a seealso, and that
link will jump you to the top of the page with that function rather than down
to the function itself. if you're on the same page, the link will just jump
you to the top of the page. In the PDF and the html, the links all seem to
jump you to the right place.

e.g., 

>> doc "Axis Configuration"

the first docstring on the page is for 'axis'.

scroll down to the @seealso's.  you should see 'caxis', which is the next
function.  the link will jump you back to the top of the page.
