Follow-up Comment #7, bug#65285 (group octave):

Please find attached a patch that uses the "XREF" anchors (as previously),
fixes the anchor functionality in QTextBrowser and the additionally added
vertical space. However, it changes the file munge-texi.pl and hence is more
"invasive".
