[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65285] doc browser function links just jump to the top of the page rather than to the item

Follow-up Comment #10, bug#65285 (group octave):

Thanks for testing Nicholas. Are the html-files in
.build/doc/interpreter/octave.html and octave.pdf in .build/doc/interpreter
are looking good (correct links and vertical spaces)? Since the patch has
impact on all texinfo files, also the pdf-file might be affected although the
changes are in a @html ... @end html environment.
