Follow-up Comment #15, bug#65285 (group octave):

Reply to comment #13: For me, a link from within documentation text (not from
the function index which uses the "index-..." and not the "XREF..." anchor
always links to a position two lines above the target. This includes all links
in the "See also:" sections. I did not find a way to reduce the vertical space
but not to move the anchor slightly above.
