Follow-up Comment #6, bug #65579 (group octave):

I think the intention was that if a user just typed Contents on the command
line it would spit out the help text.  The file bessel.m in core Octave does
something similar, although it uses a function rather than script architecture
and the purpose is to emit an error directing the user to one of the true
bessel functions.
