That looks very similar to the crash with Qt6 6.7.0 in MSYS2:

I don't know if this is a bug in that version of Qt6 (it was still working
fine with Qt6 6.6.3 in MSYS2) or if Octave is doing something wrong.

IIUC, the crash is happening when Qt6 is trying to dereference a null
pointer.
