I confirm with a recent 9.1.1:
>> ilaplace(sym("((s+3)*4)/((s+2)*(s+5))"))
Symbolic pkg v3.1.1: Python communication link active, SymPy v1.10.1.
ans = (sym)
/ 3*t \ -5*t
4*\e + 2/*e
