Update of bug #65625 (group octave):

                  Status:                    None => Ready For Test         
         Planned Release:                    None => 9.2.0 (current stable)

Follow-up Comment #1:

IIUC, we are using the Qt Widgets module without requiring it directly. That
is probably a mistake.
It might have been that that Qt module was "coincidentally" pulled in in
previous versions of Qt. But it looks like that is no longer the case (at
least on macOS).
