Follow-up Comment #11, bug #65641 (group octave):

I don't know if Matlab has a notion of "negative zero" by now. It didn't have
it in the past. But for Octave `0` differs from `-0`, e.g., in the input to
`atan2`.
So, it could be possible that Matlab and Octave differ if `-0` is used
somewhere in the input of `view` with a 3-element view point as input. I
haven't checked that...
