[Pan-users] using the space bar for scrolling

Hello

Using the space bar for scrolling appears to have gone slightly flaky
since the upgrade to 0.13.0.
It works on certain articles, but not on others, and I have been unable
to find a pattern to it.

Scrolling doesn't work in
<address@hidden>, but appears to be
working fine in <address@hidden>

Could someone verify this?
