[Pan-users] Ability to change colors of headers in 0.13.0.92?

Probably just need a push in the right direction but I can't seem to
find where we can specify the colors/bold/italics of
old/new/read/unread articles in 0.13.0.92 (I jumped from .90)

I see that the preferences dialog has changed so it might just be a
mistake on my part trying to find it.  It used to be in the section
labeled "Display - Header Pane"

Can anyone give me a clue?
