Only... it looks like the submit changes button on Bugzilla is limited to the
original reporter, the assigned developer, and "privileged users". I've not
tried it, I admit, but that's the way I took the wording on the page.
Perhaps I need to go try it anyway, now that I know it's supposed to work,
despite what the page says about privileged users. <g>
