[Pan-users] liste de serveurs pour pan

Hello there,
       I can't get the list of servers to initiate Pan. I have 
fulfilled the fields which were asked me for during the configuration 
but nothing works: the downloading hangs. Can anybody tell me what may 
cause this behavior?
