1) Find your scorefile. (I've no idea where it is on MSWormOS; on *ix,
it's ~/.pan2/Score by default.)
2) Open it in your favorite text editor.
3) Search on the condition you used for the score (author's name in this
case).
4) Delete that score or condition. If you've not merged any entries or
deleted any comments manually, it'll be from the %BOS to the %EOS lines,
plus a blank/spacer line if desired. If you've merged multiple
conditions into a single score, delete that single condition.
5) Save the file.
6) In pan, switch out of and back into the group, so it reloads and
re-scores it.
