Nothing wrong with discussing bugs here, except that I for one
do not have time to "CC" your words you write here over to the
bugzilla report, that's your responsibility if you'd like to
have your words put in there, so you risk your words being lost
in that manner.  ;)  ("your" meaning anyone here who
don't/won't/can't enter words into the bugzilla reports for
whatever reason)

Why not make the report _more_ informative by adding your
details to them?  You're not helping if you keep your words
over here in the mailing list where they'll certainly be lost
over time.

Now, the reason I won't roll back my level of the libs is
because "someone must test those levels" else "it just won't
get done" IMO.  And I'll certainly update my bugreports as to
when the problems seem to be fixed once the affected
component's svn is updated to do so.  Yes that means I am
learning to live with the bugs, and I don't know how to go
about trying to fix them by my lonesome self, hence the need
for help in the bugreport where the details lie (as much as can
be done for now).

Lastly, someone more knowledgeable is more than invited to tell
me/us how to do the needed debugging & tests, and in my case
they need to explain the steps to do so in the bugreports (I'll
miss it here in the mailing lists).  If the bugreports aren't
informative enough, it's as much as can be done for the time
being, until/unless more knowledgeable people chime-in and help
me/us.
