thanks guys!

but It's not that kind problem .. I certified that my modem worked
well  between tiny and PC..( at baurd rate 57600) and I think my modem
is ok but the board has some problem with UART1  or LPC.. actually I
had a crush.. then I certified everything was all right... but next
day I found the communication didn't work..
