Subject: [Paparazzi-devel] Sensors correcting control surfaces in the wrong direction
Hi, I need
some help figuring out this issue. I am so close to finishing my project, but, yet so far. I have calibrated the sensors and positioning them in the correct orientation in the airframe. They match the PFD in the GCS and move in the correct direction. However, the autopilot does not correct the control surfaces of the airframe in the correct direction. When nose up, it corrects the roll. When it rolls it corrects the pitch. In other words it is switched. In manual mode I have correct control of the aircraft, but, in automatic, the pitch and roll corrections are opposite. I have checked the correct orientation of the sensors by following the tuning procedures in the wiki. Positive for bottom, right and back. Ir1 from wingtip to wingtip, and Ir2 from nose to tail. I don't know what else to adjust. Any ideas on how to correct this?
Thanks.
Eddie.
