I think that it might although the whole issue is ridiculous as Paparazzi can run on almost any microcontroller evaluation board like the discovery. I have heard that sparkfun also has export restrictions on imu breakout boards, another silly move. The problem is that any fully autonomous autopilot with waypoints is considered a weapon in USA i think but afaik an empty microcontroller board is not an autopilot, next they will restrict all development boards? Well Heinrich if you ask me that means more jobs for European countries as only exports are restricted, not imports, but above all this silly move shows why paparazzi is the best autopilot out there...
