Agreed.  Let me rephrase the earlier post:

'Any features that you wish to introduce should be announced
now'

to:

'Any features that you wish to introduce should be announced
now if you are the primary developer on a given application'


Having feature requests is great, but my intention here was that
this should be based on the devlopers' current work in progress.
