Hello,

I'll take tts.  It is one of my fav apps.

My company has been put it to great use.

We have created a public interface for submitting and tracking tech
support requests from our clients. 

This has saved us a ton of time and improved our customer relations.

I think it should stay in phpGroupWare.

Due to public outcry TTS has been readded to the stable branch.  This
application is not maintained  or supported.  If someone want to take
this project on please let me know.
