Hi,

I fixed some bugs in FudForum:

- The installation routine now gets all existing
  accounts and add them to the account backend of
  FudForum.

- I fixed the wrong hooks for edit/addaccount and
  changepassword.

- hook deleteaccount still is broken and I only
  disabled this hook. So it is not breaking the
  admin application anymore.
  So right now, deleted accounts of the phpGW will
  still exists in the account backend of FudForum.
