I don't understand the question.
The last run of the async date looks like is stored in the data field of the
phpgw_async table:
a:3:{s:6:"run_by";s:7:"crontab";s:5:"start";i:1083175803;s:3:"end";i:1083175803;}
Those start and end times look like date/time stamps.
This is in a record with id = '##last-check-run##'
