Summary:  Adrressbook German "ß"  ldap error

Original Submission:  If you fill in the street in German like Schlueterstraße 
70
you will hang with ldap error, because ldap cannot get along with the german 
"ß". Replace it with "ss" like Schlueterstrasse and it works.

LDAP needs any input in UTF8. But i did not know it, until now. Just need some 
time to add the correct functions to phpgw.
