Wow, I didn't even think to try that. It's been a long week :[ Perhaps
someone could attach a php.ini-phpgw-recommended? Also, I know I should submit
a feature request, but whereabouts should I look so I can hack up the Mail
Authentication feature (Auth via a mail server) so it will INCLUDE the
@domain.tld portion of the login? I use qmail+vpopmail, which requires users
to enter address@hidden for mail, and the ability to have a unified login will
improve my quality-of-life drastically. Any ideas?

=================== BUG #3133: FULL BUG SNAPSHOT ===================

Submitted by: vomitron Project: phpGroupWare
Submitted on: Sun 04/06/2003 at 21:40
Category: None Bug Group: 0.9.14.002 release
Severity: 5 - Major Priority: High
Resolution: None Assigned to: ralfbecker
Status: Open Component Version: None
Platform Version: BSD Reproducibility: Every Time

Summary: Multi-domain logins don't work.

Original Submission: I set up a phpgroupware installation on our webserver,
and tried to consolidate installs by using the multi-domain feature. All goes
well until I actually login with address@hidden When I try to use any of the
applications, it spits me back at the login page. Also, when I login as
address@hidden, it uses the firstname and lastname from address@hidden Any
ideas?

I'm using FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE-p10, apache 2.0.44 and mod_php 4.3.1

I use a multidomain login for a 0.9.14.002 and a .16 install.
I use the domain-selectbox (do you? You can enable it in the header-admin or
the header.inc.php itself) and I noticed it does not work with register globals
off (can be set in your php.ini if you have access to it. If not you can check
with Admin->phpinfo, if its on or off in your install).

Please let me know if it works for you this way, because we will have an other
bugfix-release for .14 this week.
