Summary:  PGSQL error in private chat

Original Submission:  Whenever I leave private chat mode, I got this message:

('admin','Admins ','System','This chat has been closed by 
admin.','0','1046288523 ','1')
 PostgreSQL Error: 1 (ERROR: pg_atoi: error in "1046288523 ": can't parse " " )
 

Session halted.
 Fatal error: Call to undefined function: parse_navbar_end() in 
/home/httpd/html/default/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/footer.inc.php on line 62

I have fixed this in 16 - the next major release.  The RC for 16 will be out in 
just over 1 week ... can you please test it there and let me know if that has 
fixed it.

If i get a chance I will look at fixing it in 14 too.

Sorry, just one more comment. I was able to reproduce it six times. Is there 
any requirements about PostgreSQL version or configuration ? I've been using 
7.1.3 and 7.2.3. The problem happens in both.

Yes, the bug still exists. Occurs every time an "insert action" occurs in 
private mode. I've just made the cvs update -dP (Wed 04/30/2003 at 11:58 pm 
GMT). What does HEAD stands for ?? Last cvs devel ?
