ok, so we can close this one as being a feature. not a bug ?

ug.  this has gone back and forth many times.  I think the final descision was 
to install all but not grant access to any by default.  



the reasoning is this:

-If your experienced with phpGW and want to select what apps to install, it's 
just as easy to uninstall the apps yuo don't want.

-If you're new to phpGW it's confusing to run the install and not have any apps 
"installed" even though you downloaded them and ran setup.



yes, we had several "bug reports" about no apps being installed, so this is 
where it's likely to stay.
