Summary: fixes bug in class.datetime.inc.php on ia64
Original Submission: mktime() was called with illegal day values (i.e. 0 or
negative numbers). As it seems this will be fixed on some 32 bit linux systems
by the underlying Unix mktime() system function, but not on other systems -
like RedHat Linux on Itanium 2.

I am not sure this is correct. Reading the php manual -
http://www.php.net/mktime it appears that 0 or negative values are valid. So I
fail to see the problem.
