sorry i can't reproduce this bug
plz check the database entries in your postgres db.
have a look to the table phpgw_accounts. You'll find
a col "account_status" with the following values:
A - for aktive
<empty> - for inactive
these db entries should correspondent with your
user config screen in the admin module.

latest phpgroupware 0.9.16.003(updated from cvs)
As I understood the function is working OK, but the
checkbox doesn't show the state the account is (so
it's imposible by seeing it to understand if the account
is enabled or not).

i tested it with accounts in sql database (not LDAP).
It works fine for the probusiness template set and the idots
template set.
after saving a state for checkbox "account active" is going to be saved.
Plz specify your environment:
which template set
LDAP accounts or SQL Database Accounts
which version of the phpgw
