[PATCH] Add a new argument, set_cur to ios_open.

Hi Jose,

The following patch would allow you to control when you'd like to switch 
to a newly opened IO space and when not. I have also updated where all 
the calls to ios_open to set the value to update the current IO space. 
Therefore, the current behaviour of poke is unchanged until you'd like 
to modify it.

No new regressions... Please review.
