Temporarily disable minimal-threading by default on every platform (of course keeping no-threading)

Poke is about to release again but Jitter has a minimal-threading bug
that I have no time to fix yet.

Temporarily disable minimal-threading (nothing changes for
no-threading).  New tag v0.9.282.

Update Jitter submodule in poke, branches maint/poke-2 and master .
