Problem with downloads for Windows

Hello!

Just a heads up, I received an email that the Windows download could not 
be retrieved from the download page [1].

I confirmed this and there may be an issue with 
https://caeis.etech.fh-augsburg.de in general.

I was able to find a backup [2] from the Internet Archive.
