Sorry, I misunderstood your question.
I referred to this line,
https://github.com/qemu/qemu/blob/master/hw/arm/virt.c#L907, in QEMU's virt.c
to add NMI support.
Are you suggesting adding the following lines to enable NMI support?
It worked as well.
