Subject: [PULL 10/26] block: Mark bdrv_parent_cb_resize() and callers GRAPH_RDLOCK

This adds GRAPH_RDLOCK annotations to declare that callers of
bdrv_parent_cb_resize() need to hold a reader lock for the graph.
