[PATCH 8/9] target/mips: Remove CPUMIPSState* argument from gen_msa*() m

Subject: [PATCH 8/9] target/mips: Remove CPUMIPSState* argument from gen_msa*() methods

The gen_msa*() methods don't use the "CPUMIPSState *env"
argument. Remove it to simplify.
