QEMU has support for some Microblaze CPUs, see e.g.:

Not sure whether that's what you're looking for, though (it's Microblaze,
not MicroBlazeR).
2. Why this question ?
MicroBlazer CPU is not explicitly listed as being supported for emulation in
the “QEMU System Emulator Target” section of your documentation at
https://www.qemu.org/docs/master/system/targets.html#system-targets-ref
Documentation is still lacking in quite a lot of places... Patches for
improvement are certainly welcome ;-)
