I haven't test windows hosts.
Just apply the patch to qvm86's cvs with GNU patch and make it.
I think you also have to add these lines at line 301 of qvm86-windows.c
(after the KQEMU_GET_VERSION case)
case KQEMU_MODIFY_RAM_PAGES:
Status = STATUS_SUCCESS;
break;
Then it should work (at least in theory :).
