Thanks a lot for finding and fixing these portability issues. They have been
merged into the 'version-update' branch as Commit 49631c37
<https://gitlab.com/maneage/project-dev/-/commit/49631c37>.

For the future readers: the commit above will be "squashed" with all other
'version-update' branch commits upon the completion of task #16103. So the
commit link above won't be available afterwards. Important parts of the commit
message will be kept in the final squashed commit for Maneage'd project
authors to know.
