Hello,a new project has been submit and depends on two libraries that are licensed under the OpenSSL license. This license is incompatible with the GPL according to the list in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html#OpenSSL
Is it permissible to approve a project which depends on a copyleft but GPL-incompatible license?
