Probably we can use a link for blog posting on Savannah, to another
engine used at GNU.org for this purpose. Should we have a way to
post at planet.gnu.org ?

I think is positive to have news from GNU projects at gnu.org domain.

That is what we've been doing until now. We put the link to the post
that is somewhere else. That is fine, but does not replace the need to
have our own blog or enhanced news section for GNU projects.
