fine, I'll do it right now.

If this was up to my own choice, this would be the case. But, in fact,
this project is sponsored by a company which needs this program to
be part of their system. And it appears that several plugins can't
be published publicly. (private database access...)

Anyway, by now, all available plugins are GPL. Also, all SIP
functionnalities will always be released in GPL. Only private
functionnality, not usefull and unusable for the public users, will be
released as proprietary code.
